Perinatal Support: Mentor, Doula and Education Services

Prenatal Services
Perinatal mentoring bridges the gap between medical care and lived experience. Your personal nurse navigator, childbirth educator, doula and bodyworker dedicated to supporting you through your unique experience. Perinatal mentoring is not about creating a perfect birth or guaranteeing a specific outcome. It is about cultivating trust, clarity and support so that whatever unfolds is met with steadiness and care. It is ensuring your questions don't fall through cracks and no matter the path, you never walk alone.

Our work together may include:
Creating space to be heard, understood and supported as a whole person
Processing previous births or pregnancy experiences
Reviewing prior birth records or current care plans and translating medical language
Birth and body prep
Integrated Childbirth education
Labor support skills & partner preparation
Birth plan planning & advocacy preparation
Ongoing mentorship & continuity

*Support provided complements medical care but does not replace it. I do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making. This work is meant to support you in understanding your care, preparing your body and nervous system, clarifying preferences and values and navigating conversations and choices with confidence
