Prenatal Bodywork

Prenatal sessions adapt to your needs and may integrate yoga or labor postures, soft tissue release, therapeutic massage and trigger point therapy to address pregnancy discomforts, create connection, alignment and balance.

Labor Support Partner Sessions

Empower yourself and your birth partner by learning and practicing hands on labor support techniques that focus on comfort measures, positioning, relaxation, and effective communication with your birth team. Together we'll practice tools that align with your birth preferences and can be used as you prepare for a positive birthing experience and through each stage of labor.

Birth Prep Bodywork

 â€‹â€‹ Holistic session designed to support the body, nervous system and emotional preparation with focus on supporting a physiological birth journey. Fostering a connection to body balance, comfort and awareness utilizing movement, massage, soft tissue release and supportive education to support you as you prepare your body and mind for the birth journey.

 

Sessions are 90 minutes and recommended for 34 weeks and beyond

A holistic birth preparation series combining prenatal yoga and movement, education, labor support positions and techniques, massage and acupressure instruction, and facilitated community connection.
