Labor Support Partner Sessions
Empower yourself and your birth partner by learning and practicing hands on labor support techniques that focus on comfort measures, positioning, relaxation, and effective communication with your birth team. Together we'll practice tools that align with your birth preferences and can be used as you prepare for a positive birthing experience and through each stage of labor.

Birth Ready Bodywork
​​ Birth Ready Sessions focus on supporting physiological birth preparation, fostering a connection to pelvic balance and utilizing functional movement, intentional positioning, massage, acupressure and soft tissue release to facilitate and prepare for your birth story. Sessions are 90 minutes and recommended for 36 weeks and beyond

A holistic birth preparation series combining prenatal yoga and movement, education, labor support positions and techniques, massage and acupressure instruction, and facilitated community connection. Designed to support the whole body and nervous system as you prepare your body and mind for the labor journey

Tailored to your specific needs postpartum support can include lactation or feeding assistance, newborn massage techniques, private birther/baby yoga sessions, physical support and education to facilitate healing as you care for your body and baby
