Postnatal sessions combine yoga postures and massage techniques to support healing, address postpartum discomforts and concerns while holding space for processing your birth story and the tenderness of early infancy and motherhood
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are booked by appointment only. Please complete the intake form prior to your first session to ensure care is tailored and safe. I understand that prenatal life is unpredictable. My goal is to offer flexibility while also honoring the time set aside for your care. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If you are ill or in labor, please reach out as soon as you can-these situations will be met with understanding (and excitement!). Late arrivals may shorten session time. By booking, you agree to these policies.
