Birth Prep Sessions focus on supporting physiological birth preparation, fostering a connection to pelvic balance and utilizing functional movement, intentional positioning, massage, acupressure and soft tissue release to facilitate and prepare for your birth story
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are booked by appointment only. Please complete the intake form prior to your first session to ensure care is tailored and safe. I understand that prenatal life is unpredictable. My goal is to offer flexibility while also honoring the time set aside for your care. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If you are ill or in labor, please reach out as soon as you can-these situations will be met with understanding (and excitement!). Late arrivals may shorten session time. By booking, you agree to these policies.
