​​​​Welcome! I'm Heather, a mom, perinatal nurse, doula, educator and bodyworker devoted to caring for families through birth and postpartum. My goal is to care for you with a blend of clinical skill, support and rhythm, honoring the stories and intuition we hold in our bodies. Bodywork sessions blend massage, soft tissue release, trigger point therapy and intentional movement with supportive education and body preparation. Whether preparing for birth or tending to your postpartum recovery I am honored to help you find space to hold this transformative season, connect with your body and listen to your own knowing.
Services
Integrative body work session with focused sacral and abdominal work. Sessions combine physical assessment with massage, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, movement and positioning tools to address pregnancy discomforts and facilitate connection and preparation of your body for birth.
